Sandra Oh makes history (twice!) at the Golden Globes

Actress Sandra Oh celebrated a milestone night on Sunday: she was not only the first Asian American to co-hosted the Golden Globes, but she also took home an award for her role in Killing Eve. In a nation that celebrates its diversity it should still be a wake-up call that that it took until 2019 to experience this watershed event. As you move about your day at work and in the community think about what it means to be a first, based on any dimension of your identity and the added pressure that may add to your life.
